I’m Eriko of Eriko-juku.

I have been teaching Japanese for over 10 years.

Since I also teach online I have the opportunity to speak Japanese with learners living all over the world of every native language.

日本語はそんなに難しい言語ではないのですが、間違えやすい、迷いやすい言葉があります。そして、学習歴や母国語に関係なくよく聞かれる質問もあります。

Japanese is not such a difficult language, but it is easy to make a mistake and it is easy to confuse words. And, there are also frequently asked questions, regardless of the student’s learning history and native language.

このブログでは、そういった間違えやすい言葉、よく聞かれる質問について説明しています。

This blog provides information about such easily mistaken words and frequently asked questions.

言葉はイキモノですから、時代や世代によって「100％そうです！」というものはないと思っています。

Because words are “living creatures”, I believe that depending on the era and generation there is no such thing as "100% likely!".

ですので、色々な背景をもつみなさん（もちろん日本語母語の人も）と有意義な意見を交換していきたいと思っています。

So, it is my intention to exchange meaningful opinions with everyone of a variety of backgrounds (of course native Japanese speakers, too).
